“Our inaugural release of Cabernet exhibits a broad fruit spectrum from fresh dark summer blackberries to cherries, cassis and ripe red raspberries. Layered with dark cocoa and coffee and with notes of sweet cinnamon and anise, this wine which hails from Coombsville AVA and the Stagecoach Vineyard is deceptive in its imitation of classic Bordeaux. Sweet tobacco offers a wild savory note and an undertone of earth adds complexity.
