This one of a kind sampler in the world contains 6 bottles of unique wines that were purchased through the Napa Valley Vintner's Premiere Napa Auction Event.  These wines are crafted by the winemakers specifically for the Auction and can only be purchased through the winning bidder.  We are proud to offer this one of a kind sampler that includes one bottle of each of these wines:

2009 Larkmead Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

In 2011, we celebrate the fifth vintage of Larkmead Estate Cabernet to have been crushed and crafted at our new winery on Larkmead Lane. Continuing a tradition started on the Larkmead Estate in the 1870s by Lillie Hitchcock Coit, we have renewed our dedication to producing wines which reflect the inherent depth, power and complexity of our estate vineyards. Through these five Premiere Napa Valley 2011 cases, one may taste the best of the 2009 vintage, sourced from a small sub-section of the vineyard and composed in a way to best showcase the unique terroir of the Larkmead Estate.

2007 Tom Eddy Premiere Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, Pritchard Hill ,Block 1+
The "Block One Plus" Cabernet lot comes from the renowned Pritchard Hill and the upcoming prestigous SpanosBerberian vineyard. This incredibly small Cabernet barrel lot was married with Petit Verdot from the same ranch, and hand-crafted by Tom Eddy. Block One Plus refers to the actual first block of Cab planted on the property, with the "plus" being an exotic clone of Petit Verdot as a top note. The south-facing vineyard slope at over 1,000 foot elevation sits in the center of the new-wave terroir-based Cabernet producers, and begs for the "collector's cellar." This highly structured wine shows great finesse and is a show stopper.

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is 65% St. Helena and 35% Rutherford. The wine will continue aging in a new French Marchive medium-toast oak barrel until December 2010.

2009 Coup De Foudre Winery Cabernet Sauvignon, Calistoga

This one-of-a-kind barrel of wine blends our estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Dargaud & Jaegle cooperage) with a special lot of 10% Petit Verdot from our vineyards in the southern extremities of the Calistoga appellation. This is a supple wine with blackberry, cedar, vanilla and melted chocolate flavors.

2008 Cain Five Francois' Pick Cabernet Sauvignon, Spring Mtn,
The core of our Cain Five has always been Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. For this unique offering, François Bugué has created a powerful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon topped off by a judicious touch of Merlot to add length. His delicious composition draws from a "baker's dozen" of blocks scattered throughout our vineyard, thus displaying the uniquely exotic, herbal complexity which is the signature of the Cain Vineyard.

2008 Whitehall Lane Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
After 17 years of making exceptional wine at Whitehall Lane Winery, the Leonardini Family has at long last joined the Napa Valley Vintners. To make up for lost time, they put their best barrel forward in their first ever appearance at Premiere Napa Valley. Winemaker Dean Sylvester sampled every barrel lot of 2008 from the winery's six Napa Valley vineyards—more than 43 barrel lots of 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. And the winner is... One single-blended barrel of St. Helena and Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon from the winery's Leonardini Vineyard in St. Helena and its Millennium MM Vineyard in Rutherford.

2009 Casa Nuestra Winery & Vineyards Blend, Oakville & St. Helena

This lot celebrates our 55th year of growing winegrapes in Oakville, the 30th vintage at Casa Nuestra in St. Helena, and the 100th anniversary of our mother, Ellis Kirkham, who purchased our 1930s Oakville vineyard in 1955. We will be blending Oakville wine and wine from our St. Helena vineyard block (planted in 1992 with cuttings from our historic Oakville vineyard).
