2010 Balletto Estate Rose of Pinot Noir
From its delicate light salmon color to its mouth-watering
and lingering cherry finish, everything about this wine is pretty.
Its a wine of balance, finesse and beauty. The wine opens with
intoxicating strawberry, apricot and white peach aromas. A subtle
honeysuckle and citrusy orange peel perfume closely follow and
enhance the initial fruit profile.
In the mouth, its fresh and bright with key lime, Bing cherries and
a nice touch of minerality. It's incredible to pack so many big
flavors into such a restrained and elegant wine. The flavors on the
finish linger in the mouth literally for a few minutes.
Because of its balance, this wine is versatile with food and will
pair with most everything from oysters on the half shell to salmon
