2008 T-Vine Monte Rosso Cabernet Sauvignon
Dating back to 1880, the Monte Rosso Vineyard has a rich history of
producing some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in
California. The high elevation, 1,240
feet, allows the Cabernet to ripen slowly. Maximum flavor maturity
is achieved while keeping the alcohol octane in check. This isn’t a
classic American muscle car with a Big Block V8. It’s the quiet,
sleek European model that quietly passes you in the blink of an
eye, and you say to yourself, “what the heck was that?”
