"The Brut Rosé is bright and youthful, with a persistent
mousse and lovely salmon-rose color. Raspberry, strawberry and
cherry aromas jump out of the glass. This almost candied fruit
character is complemented by the fresh doughy, biscuit-like notes
derived from bottle-fermentation and yeast aging. On the palate,
the full flavors, creaminess, and viscosity are evident upon entry,
while its finish is focused and lingering. While it is delicious
now, this wine will also age beautifully for many years to come.
Cheers!"
