2005 Heitz Martha's Cabernet Sauvignon
93pts(WS) Minty bay leaf aromas are pure, with a spicy edge,
leading to firm dark berry, mocha, mineral and sage flavors that
are tight and well-structured, with firm, ripe tannins that provide
an excellent backbone. Much too young now, however tempting. Should
only get much better. Best from 2013 through 2022.—James Laube

98pts(BTI)Opaque garnet violet color. Intense and pure
aromas and flavors of cassis, eucalyptus oil, olives, and toffeed
nuts. Powerful and deep, this outstanding wine's flavor seems
boundless, yet it displays a charm and elegance that is inviting,
not ostentatious. Serve with filet mignon or elk steaks. (tasted on
